Playing the key administrative support role for the Franchise Development Team.
Scheduling, supporting, setting up & breaking down Discovery Day (a client presentation & meeting day)
Communicating externally with prospects regarding the steps in the process, including application, due diligence, operational & financial requirements, the closing, and other responses, as needed
Supporting the closing process by managing Franchise Development paperwork
Scheduling and supporting the internal candidate interview process
Participating in team meetings with appropriate departments.
Ensuring coordination of efforts by communicating with Sales Team, VP, and other departments, as needed
At the direction of supervisor, is responsible for the collection, copy-editing, layout, and sending of franchise documentation
Other duties as assigned
Degree in business, marketing, or another related field
1-3 years of sales or enrollment experience.
Strong communication skills with proven writing, copy-editing, and verbal abilities
Demonstrate experience and proficiency in the areas of personal time management, project/process management with firm completion dates, and team coordination across functional departments
Ability to occasionally work remotely for emergency sales-sensitive communications
Have strong organizational and analytical skills
Possesses a positive and can-do attitude
