We are a growing company headquartered in Baltimore, MD looking for a Client Success Manager to manage the existing client base. This individual will ensure we are providing a great service while working across the organization to understand and ensure we are delivering on our service promise while seeking new ways to elevate our value to our clients. The CSM is a central point of contact for all things we deliver to our clients.
Will be responsible for management of existing client base
Drive a consistent cadence of customer coverage activities designed to increase the likelihood of renewals
Provide support to ensure client satisfaction, responding to call and emails from clients promptly and effectively
Communicate and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment partnering with the Recruiting Manager
Making visits to client site for customer service.
First point of contact for client inquiries regarding service issues
Generate opportunities through existing customer base using the phone, email and in person customer service visits.
Manage a high growth potential set of accounts that contributes annual revenue to the business.
Escalate to Recruiting Manager any opportunities for revenue growth that emerge from daily / weekly interaction with client
Constantly develop methods for improving the client experience
Generate and distribute promotional materials as needed to existing client base
Pay: $45, 000 - $70, 000 a year (Base + Commission)

Must have professional experience in account management / client services with a proven track record of managing complex solutions.
To be successful in this role, it s preferred to have a background in the staffing industry.
Must possess superior oral and written communications skills in order to clearly and effectively convey issues, reports, and other deliverables
Ability to interface comfortably with clients in high pressure situations and adapt to and overcome objections while learning complex solutions
Must be able to manage and oversee processing of job order requests.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Desire to help drive company sales and growth strategies and opportunities
Ability to work independently as well as in team settings, with a positive attitude and a team player mentality
Experience with CRM software (Hubspot) is a plus!
