BROKER ASSISTANT/ADMIN ASSISTANT
BALTIMORE CITY, MD
The position entails working with a team of senior brokers. The individual will require independently plan, prioritize, and organize workloads in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be detail oriented with strong organizational skills, punctual, team player and positive attitude.
Answer all incoming calls and make a follow-up with buyer and seller calls as needed.
Do research and warm calling.
Create an executive summary in excel, Microsoft word, powerpoint.
Provide support to business broker team in technology applications such as but not limited to SalesForce, Word, Excel and other supported applications.
Prepare and execute quantitative reports on a regular and timely basis of agents’ performance
Create and maintain filing system and efficient information retrieval system.
Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars.
Perform clerical duties to include photocopying, mailing and scanning documents.
Produce timely and accurate of documents (reports, memos, proposals, charts, agreements, PowerPoint presentations, etc.)
Assist business broker team with all of the required tasks to enable brokers to focus on revenue generating tasks by efficiently handling operations of the team. Assist team with preparing and updating client-specific reports.
Prompt and consistent attendance as required by the job.
Maintain an organized office environment.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, manage complex projects in a high-pace environment.
Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
Strong attention to detail
ADVANCED Microsoft office product knowledge
BS degree or commensurate experience
Experience as an Administrative Assistant: 4 years
